COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICAL EXAMS
Annual Physical Exam
Annual Physical Exam is essential for all patient once a year.

General Physical Exam included:

History (Smoking, Alcohol Use, Sexual Health, Diet and Exercise)

Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate; Respiration Rate, Temperature)

General appearance (Skin, Memory, and Mental Quickness, Stand and Walk)

Heart Exam (Listening to heart with stethoscope)

Lung Exam (Listening to breath sounds)

Head and Neck Exam (Check tonsils, teeth, gums, Ear, Nose, Sinuses, Eyes, Lymph nodes, thyroid, and carotid artieis)

Abdominal Exam (Tapping abdomen to detect liver size and presence of abdominal fluid, listening for bowel sound with stethoscope, and palpating for tenderness)

Neurological Exam (Nerves, muscle strength, reflexes, balance, and mental state)

Dermatological Exam (Skin and nail)

Well-Women's Exam
Women face a special set of health needs. As primary care physicians, we are trained in many areas of women's health and can provide many of the same services as your gynecologist, which can help you reduce the number of doctors you see for routine issues. If your provider determines that you should see a specialist, he or she will refer you to the right specialist to match your specific needs.
